Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop training curricula based on client needs assessment
- Deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
- Manage multiple training projects simultaneously
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Mentor junior training consultants
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate training
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training delivery
- Professional certification (ATD, CPLP) is a plus
