Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
  • Develop proposals and present solutions to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with training team to customize solutions
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in training/education industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent networking and relationship building abilities
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel as needed
