Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
- Develop proposals and present solutions to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with training team to customize solutions
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in training/education industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent networking and relationship building abilities
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel as needed
